The Energy Area of the Consorci de la Ribera (Teeschools partner) with Alzira City Council and the Polytechnic University of Valencia organizes a market consultation session on March 8, 2019 in the City Hall of Alzira (Valencia, Spain) with the aim of facilitating an open dialogue and flow of information between the administration and the potential suppliers of innovative exterior carpentry solutions.
In the framework of the European project Prominent MED (Public purchase of Innovation to stimulate the ecological growth in the Mediterranean area), the Energy Area of the Consorci de la Ribera with Alzira City Council is preparing a Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) to reduce the energy consumption and the associated CO2 emissions with the objective of achieving Zero Energy Building by performing the energy rehabilitation of the “Magatzem de Cucó” building located at Calle La Pau, 28, 46600, Alzira (Valencia). The Procurement will be focused in the replacement of 121.94 m2 of exterior carpentry of the facades with a contact value of 200,000€.
The PPI is looking for innovative exterior carpentry solutions which will reduce the energy consumption associated with the windows, as well as CO2 emissions and will provide soundproofing according to the future use of the building. During the market consultation session manufacturers and suppliers of window solutions will be able to visit the building and let the contracting authority know about their proposals.
